Hello, Robin, I enjoyed your post...
I´m doing Computer Science and I know that God called me to be a missionary... but i don´t know how can it happens with this kind of "job".. exemple if I´m a Doctor I could go to africa and help heal people and share the gospel but as a computer geek, I just don´t know how to serve God... And then I´v found you... and that just great 'couse once again God is saying that everything is possible.. for He´s placed me in the university and He´ll do something with it...
I hope everything work together with you in Africa and may many life be touched and changed by the power of God...
GOd Bless you!!!

Robin, I enjoyed your post. I've been struggling with humility myself as well. I think that is something we all struggle with - to leave our ego at the door and to serve God because He wills it and gives us the power to do so, not for any gain that we ourselves might come by as a result. It's so easy to get caught up in the world's version of "success," - much harder to submit to God's. After all, if dying on the cross was success (in light of the Resurrection of course), it certainly turns all worldly concepts of success on their head.

I wish you much luck in Africa. May God be with you as you travel.
